Welcome to Gifzi. By accessing or using our Website, purchasing or redeeming e-gift cards ("Gift Cards"), using Gifzi Plus, or redeeming Gi-Coins, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

• "User/You" – Any person purchasing, receiving, or redeeming Gift Cards through Gifzi.
• "Gift Card" – Prepaid electronic voucher issued by or through Gifzi, redeemable at participating merchants.
• "Merchant Partner" – Third-party brands, retailers, or service providers who accept Gift Cards.
• "Gifzi Plus" – Proprietary closed-loop gift card issued by Gifzi, redeemable only on the Gifzi platform for eligible purchases.
• "Gi-Coins" – Digital reward coins issued by Gifzi under referral, loyalty, or promotional schemes. (1 Gi-Coin = ₹1 in value, usable only on the Gifzi platform).

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

• Subject to the terms & conditions of the respective Merchant Partner.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
• Redemption rules are solely governed by the Merchant Partner.

• Nature: Closed-loop prepaid digital card issued by Gifzi. Not a bank-issued or RBI-regulated instrument.
• Usage: Valid only on Gifzi's platform for buying brand Gift Cards or eligible services.
• Value: Maximum limit per card is ₹10,000. Non-reloadable after issuance.
• Restrictions: Cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or used directly with third-party merchants.
• Validity: Minimum validity of 1 year; expiry date shown at issuance. Unused balances lapse after expiry.
• Refunds: Non-refundable and non-cancellable once issued. In case of failed payment with no issuance, refund/issuance will be completed within 7–10 working days.

• Reward-only coins credited by Gifzi under referral/promotional programs.
• Value: 1 Gi-Coin = ₹1, usable only on the Gifzi platform.
• Non-cash, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or sold.
• Each Gi-Coin has a validity period (e.g., 6–12 months). Expired coins lapse automatically.
• The Company reserves the right to deduct, cancel, or revoke Gi-Coins in cases of fraud, fake referrals, misuse, or technical errors.
• The program may be modified or terminated by Gifzi at any time without prior notice.

• Delivery is electronic via email, SMS, or user account dashboard.
• Delays may occur due to technical issues. The Company is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

• Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.
• The Company is not responsible for failures arising from banks, networks, or payment gateways.

Users agree not to:

• Resell or trade Gift Cards, Gifzi Plus, or Gi-Coins without authorization.
• Engage in fraud, misuse, or unlawful activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Gifzi platform's operations.

All trademarks, brand assets, content, and designs on the Gifzi platform remain the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorized use or loss of Gift Cards or Gi-Coins.
• Refusal of acceptance of Gift Cards by Merchant Partners.
• Technical or service disruptions beyond reasonable control.

Maximum liability of the Company is limited to the face value of the Gift Card purchased through Gifzi.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees against claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of Gift Cards, Gifzi Plus, Gi-Coins, or violation of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel Gift Cards (including Gifzi Plus & Gi-Coins), or terminate services in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or breach of Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

• Gifzi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
