Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Rule

  • Once a Gift Card (third-party or Gifzi Plus) is purchased successfully, it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable.
  • Gift Cards are classified as digital, non-returnable items.

Exceptions for Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following cases:

  • The Gift Card code delivered is invalid or non-functional.
  • The Gift Card is not delivered within the committed time due to technical failure.
  • The Gift Card value is incorrect compared to the amount paid.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • At Gifzi's discretion, refunds may also be provided in the form of Gi-Coins credit or a replacement Gifzi Plus Card.

Gi-Coins Usage

  • Gi-Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
  • In case of failed transactions where Gi-Coins were deducted but the Gift Card was not delivered, the deducted coins will be re-credited to the user's account.

Fraudulent Transactions

  • Gifzi reserves the right to withhold or cancel refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of Gifzi's terms and policies.
